Requirements Manager (RM) is a tool to help with the design and management of software development projects. From a project manager / lead developer perspective requirements management can be one of the most stressful and time consuming aspects of software development. Everyone agrees that knowing the requirements of an application is critically to successfully delivering. However, tracking requirements, documenting changes, modifying project plans due to changes, and negotiating priorities for changes is difficult to do at all much less do well.
Requirements Manager is a tool to track the initial and ever changing requirements elicited from the business stake holders (the users) of a project and track the requirements through to use cases, object models, project plans, and finally code and deployment.
